Before you write, a few answers that cover most of what gets asked.

"The game is sideways / won't rotate."

That's by design — Munch Monsters plays in landscape only, because little hands drag foods left and right across the screen. Turn the device on its side and the game fills the screen. If rotation lock is on in Control Centre, landscape still works: the game sets its own orientation.

"There's no sound."

Check the ring/silent switch first — fun facts and Munch's voice respect it. The music note button on the Home screen toggles background music separately, so music can be off while voices stay on. That's handy at bedtime.

"Can I reset my child's progress?"

Delete the app and reinstall it — progress lives only on the device, so that's a full reset. There's deliberately no reset button inside the game where a four-year-old might find it.

"My child unlocked everything. Now what?"

Congratulations to them — that's 20 levels and all 200 Food-Dex cards! Levels can be replayed forever for five-star runs, and more content is on our list. Tell us what your child would love next.

Refunds

Munch Monsters is free with nothing to buy inside, so there should never be anything to refund. If an App Store charge ever looks wrong, purchases are handled by Apple, not by us: report it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Found a bug?

Brilliant — tell us what happened and what you expected, along with the device (for example, "iPad 9th gen") and its iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps more than anything. Kids find the best bugs; we take their reports very seriously.

Privacy questions

The short answer is that the game collects nothing at all. The slightly longer answer is the privacy policy, and the email above reaches the person accountable for it.
